Why does my order say fraud? Print

During the signup process, our automated system might call you.    This depends on several factors (Your IP address, your billing address distanced based on your IP address, your country, etc).   By calling, it requires you to put in a verification number that is spoken to you during the telephone verification progress.


However, if you didn't enter the correct country code / phone number, you will not receive the automated phone call.   By default, the system will mark your order as fraud if that process is not completed.


There's two ways to fix it:


  •  Put in an additional order and verify you have the correct country code / phone number.     Please do not put the country code into the phone number, as we will use your country to determine the CC.


  • Contact billing and explain what happened and we will put your package back into pending status after a manual verification is completed.
